Refund policy

Please retain proof of payment that is emailed to you for proof of purchase.

You are not entitled to a refund if you or recipient simply change your mind or dislike choice made.

We will not provide a refund or replace a product that has been misused, mishandled or incorrectly installed or serviced after a successful delivery or upon collection from our store.

You are not entitled to a refund if we are unable to deliver your order due to being supplied an incorrect address, or being unable to access a secure property.

Cancellations

Orders submitted through this online facility agree to the following cancellation terms :

i. Full refund for orders cancelled with notice of more than 48 hours prior to day of delivery or collection

ii. 20% cancellation fee for orders cancelled with notice of less than 48 hours prior to the day of delivery or collection

iii. 50% cancellation fee for orders cancelled with notice of less than 24 hours prior to the day of delivery or collection

iv. No refund for orders cancelled on the day of delivery or collection
